The Loyalty in the Lie – Booth goes missing as Season 11 begins six months after he and Brennan left their careers behind, but a case with ties to the couple pulls Brennan back into the world of forensic analysis, which brings her into contact with a member of Booth’s family and Arastoo Vaziri, who’s taken the lead at the Jeffersonian in her absence. Meanwhile, the FBI investigate Booth’s disappearance, but one agent’s tactics are bad for the team’s morale.
Rock, Paper, Scissors, Gun – Dre considers buying a gun after a break-in down the street, but Bow is uncomfortable with the idea. Meanwhile, Junior is determined to protect the family from cyberterrorism; Pops teaches Zoey karate; and Jack and Diane are shocked they’ve been living in the house without protection.
Without a Country – Cookie and her cohorts decide to start their own small record label, but their opposing visions make for a bumpy start to the venture. Meanwhile, Hakeem woos a hot Latina singer for the girl group he wants to form; Lucious hires a new lawyer and records an epic track from inside jail; and Jamal proves to be just as ruthless as his father when making business moves.
The Day Alex Left for College – Alex leaves for college, but gives her parents false information about her move-in day so they can’t make a big production out of it. Meanwhile, Luke tries to get out of helping Phil at his open house; and Mitch and Cam feel the stress of being landlords after deciding to rent out their upstairs unit, and the family’s excuses for missing Lily’s soccer game don’t make their lives any easier.
Aftershock From Work – Kevin is put in charge of the office earthquake drill on the same day that he has an important interview. Meanwhile, Kevin avoids Audrey after an awkward confrontation; Brian helps Patti’s boyfriend prove his manliness to her; and Roxie confronts Audrey about her treatment of Kevin.
A Chorus Lie – Beverly springs into action to help Adam deal with the awkwardness of puberty, including his crackling singing voice, which she fears could lead to embarrassment after he lands the lead role in “A Chorus Line.” Meanwhile, Murray inspires Erica to go to the Homecoming Dance with JTP member Geoff Schwartz.
Pilot – Doctors and nurses fight to save lives in the country’s busiest ER. In the opener, four new first-year residents are immediately put to work by the ER’s tough-minded residency director Dr. Leanne Rorish.
